We had never purchased a hot tub before and were new to the process. The team at Allen Pool and Spas helped us every step of the way —from picking out the tub, to having our electrician install the panel, to preparing the site. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and checked in on us often ! Nick was fantastic and Tony and the delivery crew were as well. After the tub was installed I had a safety question on the cover and Nick and Tony replied incredibly fast with a great solution. I know we’ve made a relationship to last us the life of our hot tub. I have no doubt who we will turn to with any questions or future purchases!
