All Hot Spring spas that are traded in are subject to a
series of tests by our factory trained technicians. This helps to guarantee they are of top quality;
the same standard as any new Hot Spring spa. The spa is filled to be sure that
there are no leaks and to check that the components are all functioning properly. The
redwood cabinet is then refurbished - sanded, cleaned, stained and sealed - to
protect the wood and enhance the beauty of the spa.
