Retail Store Manager : Rutland, VT

Job description:
The Store Manager is a friendly, outgoing, self motivated individual who can be a leader and helpful associate to customers. The ideal candidate would be someone who understands the industry or is devoted to learning the knowledge and skills of the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities: Store Manager – tasks include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming customers
- Conducting Transactions
- Product Knowledge
- Water Testing
- Assisting with hot tub, pool, and sauna needs
- Communicate via email, phone and face-to-face
- Respond to water care questions, parts, or order changes to help build customer retention
- Support the sales team with communication, assist with paperwork, and systems tools
- Showroom upkeep, cleaning, decorating, and stocking
- Follow up with customer inquiries
- Keep up on industry trends and technology

Work Environment: – The Store Manager will work onsite at the Rutland, VT location. Working in the retail store and traveling occasionally to other company locations for training/meetings, or offsite events. This employee will work with the Pool, Hot Tub, and Suana chemicals from time to time.
Physical Demands:Â – Physical demands include the ability to stand for extended periods, lifting and carrying of merchandise typically up to 50 pounds, along with bending, stooping and reaching.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:– This is a Full-Time position, that requires five days per week to include Saturdays and Sundays.
Travel:Â Occasional travel will be required to attend offsite events, trainings, assisting at other locations, and staff meetings.
Base pay starting at $18/hr. With commission, between $19-$21+ an hour.
Delivery Manager : Rutland, VT
Full Time
Job Summary: The delivery Crew Manager in our Rutland location is looking for a customer service-centric leader to plan, coordinate, and manage the delivery and warehouse teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery, of our amazing hot tubs, pools, and saunas! Under the direction of the General Manager, the Delivery Crew Manager will oversee and conduct duties to ensure the success of the daily operations of our delivery and warehouse department. As well as, ensure a high level of customer service, safety for all employees, and maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with all other departments.
Duties and Responsibilities: Delivery Manager – tasks include but are not limited to:
-Oversee, coach, supervise, and manage employees.
-Provide excellent customer service.
-Conduct and follow the delivery process, and schedules and coordinate the deliveries of hot tubs, endless pools, and saunas.
-Ensure strong warehouse and inventory management.
-Ensure continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
-Work and collaborate with the management team to ensure successful cross-departmental processes are consistent and successful from sale to delivery.
-Conduct product knowledge and training continuously.
-Manage and monitor open orders, collect final payments, and follow up after incomplete deliveries.
-Monitor and track equipment and processes to follow all safety requirements.
-Other related duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Ability to manage, coach, and train employees.

-Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn programs for searching customer details, tracking, and collecting balances. i.e. Excel, Google Drive, and Customer databases.

– Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Experience in related fields: delivery, logistics, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing.
– 5 Years of Management Experience or an equivalent combination
Work Environment: – The position is in a professional office environment. You will be expected to sit at a desk and use company equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and scanners.
Physical Demands: – This position requires you to be sitting for an extended period, the ability to talk on the phone, and the occasional situation where you must lift items to move them around the office.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: – The Delivery Manager position is a full-time, exempt position. The hours required are 7 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Seasonal business trends may fluctuate hours on a needed basis.
Travel: Occasional travel to outlying locations as needed.
Retail Associate : Rutland, VT
Part Time
Job description:
Join our fun, busy team helping people with their hot tub and pool needs. Duties include register sales, water testing, stocking, cleaning, showroom decorating, loading and unloading product. The ideal candidate would have experience in customer service and have a teamwork mindset. We are a growing company in a fun industry looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.
Must be 18+
Must be able to work weekends
Motivated and enthusiastic team player
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Customer Service oriented
Base pay starting at $17/hr. With commission, between $18-$20+ an hour.
